A (mostly) Tuscan Food Blog
I now live in Melbourne, Australia, but I've left a part of me in Florence, Tuscany, where I lived for 7 years - a place where tradition rules and the dishes have plenty of stories to tell. I have a passion for reviving traditional, historical recipes - many of the ones here are from the 19th century. They may be oldies but they're goodies.
